Introduction to Botanical Illustration

This course is for beginners and all who are interested in mastering the art of plant illustration and want to capture the abundant variety of shapes and forms that plants and flowers provide. Taught with patience and humor in a relaxed atmosphere, you will be encouraged to work at your own pace and develop your own style. Frequent demonstrations clarify the painting process. And, although the primary medium is watercolor, you are welcome to work in graphite, colored pencils, or pastels. A supply list will be included with your confirmation email.
